Meet Alicia
As a Registered Nurse for over 27 years, I possess a diverse clinical background and a passion for precision, advocacy, and results. When I founded Evergreen Consultants, I turned my passion for medicine towards helping attorneys navigate the complex medical aspects of legal cases, bringing clarity to the chaos of medical records and transforming clinical evidence into powerful legal insight.
With experience in the ER, COVID ICU, Peri-anesthesia care (pre-op and PACU), and surgical clinic settings, I’ve developed a deep understanding of patient care, critical thinking, and medical documentation. I’ve guided countless patients through surgical journeys, conducted thorough chart audits, and collaborated closely with providers to identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with standards of care.
At Evergreen Consultants, I leverage this expertise to support attorneys working on medical malpractice, personal injury, and products liability cases. My goal is to offer clear, objective insights that empower legal teams to build stronger, more informed cases.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about traveling, particularly when it comes to cruising; and I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, paddle boarding, or simply enjoying nature. Time with family and friends keeps me grounded and inspired. The name “Evergreen” reflects my love for growth, clarity, and the steady resilience that defines both nursing and advocacy. It also represents my commitment to staying relevant and dependable in every phase of life… principles that are vital in both medicine and law.
